This chorus battle is based off the old 1960’s television show, The Dating Game, where the bachelorette chose her date based on the answers she got to her questions. All of the suitable bachelors could not be seen.

We took that same concept and changed it to suit our needs. With the Youtaite Game, all of the singers on our staff, are anonymous. They will all have new and different personas so that their identities remain unknown. Interaction with them will be completely zero, the only thing they’ll do for you is record their vocals. This is so that there will be as little bias and cheating as possible and to prevent the overwork of each anonymous youtaite. In addition to that, none of the judges are amongst the anonymous youtaites that are available.

The anonymous youtaites are chosen by a randomly generated roulette wheel. The only information you have right from the get go is the design they came up with for this competition as well as a description of their range, general voice type, strengths, and weaknesses that will be provided ahead of time. Contestants will get a chance with a different anonymous youtaite each round. For this purpose, the first two weeks of each round is for every group to choose their song, then get properly assigned a singer, and then to send in your script.

This is a RANKED battle. This means that no groups shall be eliminated and at the end of each round, you’ll be ranked and can see where you stand. At the end of the battle, the group standing at the top spot will be the winner.
